I arrived on time for my appointment only to have to wait 40 minutes to be seen. This was the worst wax I’ve ever had, the wax was too hot, it was far more painful than usual and I was left with bruising which has never happened before. There was also a lot of hair left behind. I definitely won’t be going back.
