It was my first time visiting this salon for a wax, and of course I was a little nervous about trying out somewhere new for a full body wax (including hollywood wax). That said, I had probably the best experience I have had at a salon in the city centre!
As soon as I arrived, the ladies on the reception desk were very warm and welcoming, and immediately made me a feel a bit more at ease. I had to fill out a form with some basic information, waxing history, and a little bit on medical history. Before my wax began, Leila (the beautician) came and sat with me and we went through the answers together to make sure it was safe for me to be getting a wax. I obviously knew I would be, but it was nice to see this much consideration going into a beauty treatment, and it reassured me that everything would be done to a set standard.
Okay so, the wax itself was UNREAL!! Honestly, I've never had a full body wax done so quickly and so precisely - and with such little pain!! The allocated time is something like 1 hr 45 mins, but I was done in like 1 hr 20 mins, and I came out of the room feeling like a completely (smooth) new woman!
Obviously, with such a treatment, it can be a bit awkward at times because you're literally lying naked on a bed, but Leila was amazing at keeping the conversation light and airy and completely eliminated any awkwardness. Honestly couldn't thank Leila enough for the amazing job that she did. I will 10000% be booking again!

The staff who were there were great but the one who was supposed to do my treatment was late, meaning I had to wait around for 15 minutes, so it was lucky that I wasn't on a tight schedule that day. the wax itself was great value for the price, it wasn't too painful as the staff member was well trained and she seemed dedicated to removing even the shortest hairs. she also was great to have a conversation with
