The staff were very young and inexperienced. My hairdresser kept asking another hairdresser what to do! She kept me at the basin for over two hours and put several rounds of toner on my hair to try and fix the highlights which hadn’t lifted correctly - by the end of it my ears were red and swollen and my scalp so itchy! On top of that I had scratch marks over my neck from my hairdressers nails. My hair has been manageable but I’m not going back.
