The salon and staff seem great however the lady who did my Hollywood wax as lovely as she was didn't appear to be fully confident in what she was doing and didn't do a great job. I have Hollywood waxes regularly and this time it was extremely painful due to the lady not pulling the strip off in one go and it just pulling my skin. I was also covered in wax where she kept smearing a big area and it drying instead of doing a strip at a time.
