I was waiting for over an hour for my haircut to begin, the staff didn't make any effort to speak to the clients, just spoke over to each other. Very unprofessional, constantly sat around on phones or gossiping in the back (in earshot of clients) Each stage of the appointment took way longer than needed and no offer of magazines to fill this ridiculous amount of time. I was there for 4 hours when I was told it would take 2.5 hours! Felt like they couldn't wait to get out of there and had no interest in the clients needs at all. Will not be returning!!
