Unfortunately the hairdresser was a little bit late and it took a lot longer than 45mins as advised on the website.
A different member of staff curled my hair with straighteners but without any hair products prior using straighteners. She did not brush my hair before straightening???
My allocated hairdresser eventually did my hair after doing someone else's. The end result was okay. The whole process took 1hour 20mins in the end.
There seems to be not enough staff in the salon.

I loved the salon it was very clean,vibrant and trendy the staff were helpful. I feel that the hollywood wax could have been better it was not as clean as i expected and was left with hairs still left where they should ha e been removed.
