Genuinely the worst blow dry I have experienced in my life!!! She yanked my hair and when i told her to very politely to go gently she didnt say sorry she just said keep your head straight. Didnt try to make any conversation with me and everytime she pulled my hair I had to touch my head and still no apologies extremely rude and she was just gossiping and looking around everywhere else!!! Horrid customer service!! (Blonde woman with medium length hair)
