They burnt my skin during eyebrow waxing, which is painful and annoying and now I have to go to events with burnt skin. But other services are very good.

I waited 45 minutes for my treatment, the reception was full of women waiting for treatments and the salon was clearly understaffed. To their credit they gave me 10% off my wax. However I was not happy with my treatment. Upon being shown into the room, I was left to change and settle onto the bed. When I did get onto the bed the lamp fell on me from above. The therapist apologised but the treatment was then done without the lamp, the room was not bright at all, meaning that lots of hairs were missed, which were only noticeable when I returned home. The lady in the room next to me was having an intimate wax. The rooms are divided by a wall that does not reach the ceiling, and so I could hear everything from that room, including her cursing and shouting from the pain. My therapist did not make any effort to talk to me and there was no music playing. Overall, the treatment was cheap but would not return.
