Haircut was perfectly fine (although a little rushed) but the service was pretty shocking. Was kept waiting for over 20 minutes with no explanation or apology with nobody seeming to even know who was cutting my hair or when. Thankfully it was a weekend and I had nothing planned for after the appointment but if this had been on a working day I would have been forced to leave without a haircut and lose my money. Not impressed.

After a late cancellation from a friend, I took to treatwell to see if any salons were available to do a full head of highlights, toner, cut and finish and found this salon. Couldn't have asked for a better service, the hairdressers were friendly and experienced. It was also excellent value for money. I will definitely be returning and would for sure recommend this salon to friends.
