I went for a haircut & there was no consultation before having my hair washed, so the hairdresser who cut my hair hadn’t seen my hair dry & had no idea of the texture or style, only going off my description. The hair wash lasted about 30 mins & the actual cut about 15 mins which felt very rushed, I asked for shaping around my fringe & had to stop the hairdresser from cutting in a full fringe with a centre parting, as she hadn’t asked where I part my hair. I then had to point out that the lengths were uneven which she amended, it still didn’t feel 100% but I didn’t want any more cutting off. Overall I’m really disappointed & unhappy with how my hair looks after this, I really wouldn’t recommend it. Had I not already paid through the app I would not have paid for this service.
