Leyla was the one to do the waxing: Amazing as always!
Another member of staff was in charge of doing threading. Even though I had a good result (it could be better though), the woman didn't have any disposition to work. She was moody and never made any efforts to check if I was comfortable or explain me the process (first time I have done it). It was like it was a pain for her to work.

Lovely salon and my nails looked great however this time only lasted a week before the small fingernails lifted on both hands and thumb nails. Not sure if I’d picked a different brand of polish to usual.
