Worst hairdressing experience of my life, my hair was cut by the lady with the blue pixie hair I didn’t get her name, it started by her ragging my head around like a doll at the back wash and then showering it off powerhose style, my shirt was soaking and face literally dropping wet, not the relaxing treatment I’m used to receiving at other salons. The hair cut was great however, when she came to blow dry my hair the hair dryer was literally smoking hot, choosing to pick massive chunks of hair rather than style in sections - she actually burnt my forehead whilst styling the front as the brush got so hot. Honestly I’m baffled - never experienced anything like it in my life.

Wax was perfect, lovely staff and did a really thorough job. Also great value for money, cheapest one I’ve ever had! Only down side was I was waiting around 20 minutes. However, in this time staff were very accommodating apologising for the wait and offering drinks etc. Will definitely be back for my next wax.
