I was given a £5 discount in acknowledgement of this, but I was kept waiting for an hour before I was seen and I had my hair washed before my stylist even spoke to me. This meant there was no chance to have a consultation before the stylist remove my towel and almost immediately came at me with scissors! most of the staff seemed helpful and were sorry for my wait, but overall the experience was rushed and a little bit stressful. The haircut is fine, although it was just a tidy up.
