Used strip wax rather than hot wax for my Hollywood which made it pretty painful. Underarm fine, legs alright but more care could have been taken to remove all wax, had my jeans sticking to my legs all night. Woman was good, not chatty but I prefer tha. I could overhear the staff member in the next room giving her client some interesting info about ingrown hairs which was good, but some people might have found it a bit strange being able to hear everything in the next room so well.
