Very grateful they brought someone in to fill the gaps while other aestheticians are unavailable. Only thing, air con in wax rooms for UK summer would be a HUGE bonus.

I have never done a consultation as such before a treatment but i liked the fact that i could have a conversation about what is best for me. I also appreciate the fact that they changed who i spoke to based on the treatment i wanted consultation for, which meant i could speak to someone particularly well versed in that procedure

I usually love coming here but my eyebrows were dyed really black when I am fair and asked for medium to dark brown, and the shape is not very defined or even on both sides. It was also really painful. I don't like to complain because I really appreciate the work and the person doing it was super lovely and accommodating, but the quality was not worth the money.
