I loved the lady that did the colour in my hair (red hair) she was Greek and very attentive and caring. There was however another lady with short blonde hair who rinsed my hair and slapped on some treatment with literally two strokes. It was as if I was an inconvenience as I think they had staff shortages which meant they were all rushing around. My lady was amazing but I had the feeling the other staff were pushing her to do more to alleviate them rather than letting her have a minute. The blonde lady seemed to wander around a lot... guessing she’s the manager?

First time in the salon and it was a pleasant one. Had a wax with Leyla and she was the loveliest beautician, talked me through every step and was patient with me through the process! A credit to the salon. I will be returning for more treatments with her as other salons you don’t get that service. I was happy with my haircut with Alena however she had to stop and start on my hair as customers were kept waiting at reception with no other staff members to see to them, which did worry me slightly but my hair did turn out fine in the end.

Happy with my new cut done by Fatima! she is an amazing professional! at the beginning I needed to wait for 45 min, so I was not very happy about, but she was so nice and everyone keep asking me where my cut was done!
