She was very nice in general but instead of do what I wanted, she wask asking me so many times if I was sure about the haircut and she made me feel super nervous. Because of her constant questions/opinions I felt super scared and I didnt got what I initially asked. I ended up paying another hairdresser to finish what she didnt ( beacuse she was sure I would not like what I was asking).

Alena is amazing. she listened to exactly what i wanted and i absolutely love my hair!! the conditioning treatment has left my hair feeling so silky its the best! however, one of the assistants was acting as though it was her first day when it clearly wasnt, didnt really do what she was told and kept interrupting the cut to ask my stylist unnecessary questions like what is the wifi code...
