The atmosphere throughout my appointment felt very awkward. The lady who washed my hair looked miserable and didn’t speak to me at all, afterwards she left me saying she “had to see her regular” and assured me someone will be with me soon. The lady who ended up cutting my hair did not smile the entire time and rudely commented on my roots showing. The haircut felt very rushed and I was made feeling bad to ask for a shorter fringe so I ended up leaving as it was and unhappy. At one point mid cut, I was told she had to “grab something” and I caught both of them in the reflection of a mirror looking my way and talking. This made me feel extremely anxious and I couldn’t wait to leave. Maybe it was a bad day but I’d be worried about visiting again.

Management had triple booked my appointment so I had to wait 35 minutes. The service in itself was quick and efficient. Don't expect a pampering, she gets the job done.
