The Best Experience I have had so far! :) first time I have booked a repeat appointment at a waxing place.
My master was very friendly, reassuring, provided full instructions and aftercare tips, made me feel at ease and calm. Minimum discomfort, very professional. Definitely recommend. Pardon my memory, think her name is Leila or Lilly.. Sorry ;)
Brazilian Waxing
Unfortunately this is the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. Despite saying exactly what I wanted I got something completely different that I ended up going home and crying about. The staff were friendly but had a lack of training when coming to hair cuts. They took off more than I said, didn’t make any attempt to make sure it was the same length and gave me a parting without checking it was in the right place. My hair is now uneven, short, and with random bits missing- especially when tied up. I am very gutted and upset so would like to warn anyone else.
Ladies' Haircuts
Walked in and was immediately made to feel comfortable and provided with a drink. The service was really efficient and my hairdresser was absolutely lovely. I was surprised by how fast they cut my hair but the job was brilliant and I’ve had so many compliments. Will definitely be visiting again.
