I have never had a problem at RAH, always super customer service and a good visit, but today was not good. I specifically booked Franah and I got someone else. The first tint attempt left my brows almost a purple shade. I wasn’t going to stay anything as I find complaining quite awkward but she knew they weren’t good and said she would fix them so I let her. The second attempt left them quite blotchy and one is much thicker than the other. I thanked her for her time and paid in full but in future if I book Franah, I want Franah, and if I am given someone else I will insist because these are not good and I am going to have to try and work around them until they fade. I’m really disappointed and I only didn’t say anything whilst in the salon because she had already tried to fix them. It will not stop me from coming again because I love the salon and couldn’t recommend Franah enough for brows, but on this occasion they are justnot the best.
