Awful experience. No receptionist so was shouted to across salon by one of the workers and publicly announced I was there for wax. Treatment room was facing a row of ladies having their hair washed so when Behan came Into me and opened the door I was lay on the bed for everyone to see. Im very used to having bikini waxes and this was the most painful wax IV had, she was very rough and I was spot bleeding after. No precision to tweeze any stray hairs after. Whole salon was untidy. Pro - on time
