The delivery leaves something to be desired. Booked my appointment with one stylist based on the reviews. Arrived had a good consultation, by the time I’d finished my strange luke warm hair wash I was sat with a different lady as the original stylist was now 15 minutes later running behind. Then received a second totally contradictory consultation. Didn’t feel me with confidence, but just let her get on with it without much direction from me resigning myself to a disaster.
That being said the hair cut was excellent and fantastic value for the cost. Overall although the delivery was disappointing, in terms of what I got for my money I was more than happy. If your looking for excellent value without the pomp and ceremony you couldn’t do getter that this place...!

Was passing by in Manchester and decided to come here for a leg wax and a shellac removal. I had to ask the waxing lady to come back into the booth to remove some hair that wasn’t removed... And noticed when I got home that there were still more ! Nails lady was very pleasant, and left my nails nice and clean after the removal, but the filing was terrible, none of them was actually round or even. In summary, quite nice people but not good quality service.
