Now I've washed it my hair at home I can see that Fatima added layers around the front of my face despite me specifically saying twice I did not want layers, and wanted my hair to be the same length all over. I also requested about 1/2 inch off as a light trim and she confirmed this with me before the cut, but then she took off well over an inch, which my hair did not need and we did not agree on. My hair looks fine but now I have to pay to get my hair cut even shorter to get rid of the layers.
