Hair cut about 2 inches shorter than asked for. Rushed with no shaping done. Hairdresser more interested in talking about bad customer she had previously, than taking note of my hair. Other hairdressers stood round chatting and staring, very intimidating.

All the staff were very friendly. Fatami listened to what kind of cut I wanted and also did great curls at the end. I am very happy with the cut and blow dry.
