This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hairdressers. The stylist did not introduce herself to me, didn’t ask had I been before. Her attitude was very couldn’t care less. Didn’t discuss colour of my highlights before adding colour. Just said you want a bright blonde as I had asked to brighten my highlights. It took stylist and two assistants to go my fouls. By time they had completed them I was taken to backwash and had bottom layer removed and then taken back to chair in salon. At no point was I told why she had gone this. I had to ask for magazines as non around and that seemed an effort as they seemed to be hidden away and not readily available for customers. I was taken back to backwash , few more foils removed and then I was left at the backwash for one and half hours. I was freezing my neck was cold and damp as half wet hair half head fold. Eventually Kaysha returned after a long cigarette break added toner left me for 20 mins again. One if her colleagues asked if I was ok and gave me a big towel to use as a blanket as so cold. Then Kaysha returned added olapex treatment 2 out warm towel on my hair and said be back in 10 mins - she can back 25 mins later as had been called to do a blow dry for one if the other girls who was busy waxing a client.
All afternoon phone ringing for nail and wax appointments. Eventually when she came back didn’t apologise asked if I wanted a warm or ash blonde finish? Would dry my hair to see if I liked the colour. I just wanted the whole experience over. I went in at 13:15 and left at 17:15 5 hours of torture!!
I didn’t like my hair colour in her defence Ksysha has said I can go back and she tone it down but I will never return and never recommend that salon to anyone. I have used their sister salon in Altrincham before and service there was brilliant think they need to share best practice between salons. Very disappointed in my whole experience and it was an expensive mistake £112 to walk away feeling as I did. I had to call to nearest coffee shop to get warm
