First time in the salon and it was a pleasant one. Had a wax with Leyla and she was the loveliest beautician, talked me through every step and was patient with me through the process! A credit to the salon. I will be returning for more treatments with her as other salons you don’t get that service. I was happy with my haircut with Alena however she had to stop and start on my hair as customers were kept waiting at reception with no other staff members to see to them, which did worry me slightly but my hair did turn out fine in the end.

Happy with my new cut done by Fatima! she is an amazing professional! at the beginning I needed to wait for 45 min, so I was not very happy about, but she was so nice and everyone keep asking me where my cut was done!
