This was without a doubt the worst experience at a hairdresser I have ever had. I’d booked an appointment with the creative director but instead had two different team members look after me - neither of whom was the creative director. I had booked a cut and blow dry but when I went to get the cut the stylist told me that I because I wanted more than two inches cut (I wanted about four) then it’d be classed as a restyle and it’d be double the price. Absolutely bizarre and so unfair. The cut itself was fine but it obviously isn’t what I paid for and it should be made much clearer that anything more than two inches of hair is classed as a restyle. Totally ridiculous policy and the whole thing was a waste of time. Also the two stylists who looked after me were repeatedly arguing in front of me about who would style the next client which was highly unprofessional!
