A different member of staff has done them each time and I’ve never had any complaints so you’re in safe hands whoever does your eyebrows!

From the moment I walked in I noticed how unclean and untidy the salon was. Hair everywhere. Looks like it needs a good clean. The staff are lovely but seems like noone is organising them so having multiple appointments was kind of stressful. The girls were lovely. Wax was okay. It was the most painful wax I've had in a long time but that could also be due to me.
