Experience was fab! They were running 15 mins late but were very attentive and apologetic, offered me a drink while I waited. My nails look and feel amazing, they recreated exactly what I wanted from a photograph! I will definitely be back

-The hairdresser was friendly enough but spent a lot of time complaining about being clumsy, tired and other customers.
-I’ve never had a haircut that I’ve been so unhappy with in my life.
-I was charged an extra £10 as I wanted more off my length than a normal trim.
-Asked for hair below shoulder length & ended up with about 3 more inches off than that.
-Asked for layers but told to come back within 2 weeks if I still wanted them.
-Took just 30 mins, rushed and careless.
