I had to wait 20 minutes, although it wasn’t busy. There was an awkward atmosphere and most of the staff seemed quite unprofessional. Both beauticians didn’t know what I had booked. One of them asked me to take off my mascara, even though I’d come in for a eyebrow tint and wax. My eyebrow tint was a mess. The beautician didn’t use the standard techniques. I can do a better job myself at home. She asked me to take the tint off myself. She also left my eyebrows looking very uneven, so another beautician had to sort them out with threading. The bikini wax was quick and professional, although she tried to give me a Brazilian at first :/ I’ve been to Red Angel Hair Company a few times before, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I will think twice about returning.
