Had to wait 25 mins after my schedules time. Strips used and not hot wax, seems they do not consider changing to hot wax. Pain level was normal. 1 day after the treatment I have some scabbed skin, which for Hollywood indicates that they have pulled off some skin in an extremely sensitive area. After I was asked to check myself and see if I am happy, I explained I noticed some hair left on both of my cheeks. I was told this area is not included in Hollywood, but since they were late for the appointment they would make an exception and wax me there too. If the inside of a butt cheek is not Hollywood, I don’t know what is... Dear waxing lady, for a 15 min job, you won’t lose too much if you make sure your client is absolutely hairless. If I wanted a bad job with many hairs left I would have done it myself, but I pay you £22 for 15 mins so better make sure there is nothing left there.
