My hair colour is awful, I asked for very fine Baby scattered highlights, I specifically said I did not want back to back highlights, I did not want stripes and would like a subtle change. Whatever toner was used completely changed my overall hair colour. I left with chunky highlights and ginger hair. It looks like a full head tint as well as chunky foil. It’s just so bad! I contacted the company to try and rectify but they have not even got back to me so I had to get it fixed elsewhere.

Great value and Misha took her time and did an amazing job. She was especially lovely because I was 20 minutes late due to the buses and it wasn't a problem for her at all even though it delayed her leaving on time. I will definitely be back to have my next manicure here again
