I always get sincere anxiety, when locating a stylist and salon to do my hair.. and this is why.
I wasn't listened to.. I didn't receive the service I wanted, I was overruled, more was cut off that expected and a whole corner of my hair was taken off. When I asked several times, as to why so much had been taken off and why she had removed my corner, her reply was "because it's dead".
From the moment my hair was washed to the finishes result.. it was the worst experience I've ever been through.

I have been going for waxing here for a few months and have never been disappointed. The staff are always so friendly, while being professional and thorough. I feel like they offer really amazing value for money also, and the location is very convenient. I always recommend this place to friends and family within Manchester!
