After waiting for 30 mins and being very annoyed by the wait and lack of instruction, I received the best wax I've ever had. Fast, not as painful as expected by far, smooth, lovely. The receptionist was lovely tho and made me tea. The beauty specialist was lovely, and reassuring. The wax room could have been cleaner as the shelves were really dusty. Overall, good!
