I booked my appointment and paid through the app. On that same day, they call me asking me to move the appointment because they had over booked. I couldn’t move my appointment so they said “it’ll be on a first come first serve basis”. I get there earlier than my appointment and had to wait around 30 minutes while other girls came in after me and their appointments were respected. Not the best customer service. Cut was great, though!

Lovely place. I was greeted by very friendly staff and offered refreshments. Unfortunately I did not like my eyebrow wax. I wasn’t asked how I wanted my eyebrows shaped before the stylist began shaping them and too much was taken off of the end of my eyebrows. My eyebrows are now uneven and I was left very unhappy.
