Lovely place, everyone very warm, offered a drink, etc. Jess was understanding of what I wanted and made my hair look great post-lockdown. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars is when paying (I chose the student package of £29) but turned out I owed £39? I was confused and they explained I got a restyle rather than a blow dry which cost extra, but I assumed they were the same thing. Wish there was more clarity and was pointed out it would cost more during my session rather than after!

The place could really use a proper cleanup, it’s old. Also, apparently there are massage rooms and when opening the door i was looking at a naked person, not the nicest view for when you get a haircut. I am not too happy with the cut as I feel at the back dead ends are not taken off

Treated awfully! Paid for a wash and cut, didn't get the wash and was told I should have asked for it. I was asked by the stylist multiple times to have my hair cut short, I said no 5 times. I asked to have the top of my hair cut, he didn't do it. I have 3 panic attacks during it, awful atmosphere and they have refused a refund. I left the salon nearly in tears.
