There was a lot of confusion around my booking. I had booked for a wash, blow dry, cut, and style but the salon thought it was a blow dry. I am not sure if this is because I had to reschedule my appointment. When I went I got a great trim, but I was asked if I specifically wanted the person I booked in with. I said no, but not sure if this was part of the confusion too. When I went to leave I was told I hadn't paid, but I produced my treatwell and PayPal receipt and was eventually allowed to go. It was a really bizarre experience from start to finish. Its a shame because they did an excellent job of my trim. The blow dry wasn't great on my fringe but rectified at home. I don't think I would go back.
