Really efficient and sweet wax therapist! But strip wax so a bit more painful that I’m used too. Would still recommend though

I had 2 treatments. Started with a classic facial and finished off with a manicure. Facial was done by Eti and she was absolutely fantastic. I was so relaxed I slept a couple of times during my session. Would defo recommend.

The whole experience was great, I’d never had balayage done before and was talked through the process, and the stylist recommended a much better colour for my complexion than I had initially thought I wanted. The end result is amazing, and I will definitely be coming back.

The last couple of times I've been here the appointment has been at least 15mins late meaning the wax is rushed to catch up with time. Overall good value for city centre though and staff are always lovely

Really disappointed in the wait, the hasty service and the poor attention to the job I left with my top covered in talcum powder- not a good look, not to mention my attendee was blowing in my face, very uncomfortable...
