Had to wait 15 minutes for my appointment which isn’t ideal for a 3 minute treatment - there’s only one lady who does threading even though there are multiple options on the app when booking which is a bit misleading especially since I just wanted to be in and out hence booking in advance. Wasn’t my first visit but won’t be going back in a hurry - think it’s a bit hit and miss with this place.
