I didn't want to leave a complaint here as I've mostly had positive experiences in the past but after a few failed attemps of a follow up it felt right. I waited 45 minutes to be seen and then found out the nail technician wasn't actually in the salon yet. The nail technician was rough, messy and unorganised at the table and my nails were sore with a couple of cuticles bleeding afterwards. I left having a very uncomfortable experience and uneven, sloppy gel coverage - hasn't lasted.

Unfortunately was not my best experience. My stylist was lovely, but my appointment started 45 minutes after my time slot. Then multiple times was just left places. The appointment ran over so much that I couldn’t get my other treatments as I was there for 4 hours.
Lovely people, but don think I will be back
