My Hollywood was fantastic, very quick and the beautician made me feel very comfortable. My pedicure was fantastic, very carefully done and the beautician did an outstanding job! Very impressed at the care taken for both treatments!

While the hairdresser was friendly and polite, unfortunately my hair looks like it was cut by a 10 year old. In the dark. Using kitchen scissors. What was meant to be a straight cut with a little bit layers, it is one, big mess. I’m literally booking a hair cut somewhere else within next few days because I can’t have my hair down. The haircut is uneven, hair doesn’t look good neither straight nor curly. Almost none of the staff was wearing PPE and nothing was disinfected between the clients.
