Emily was brilliant and her customer service was second to none. Even though I am very indecisive, she took all my ideas on board and guided me to come up with a result I absolutely loved. She was very lovely and chatty through out the cut and nothing was too much for her. It was an absolute pleasure being her client and I will be requesting her to be my hair stylist for all my future appointments.

Fatima was so great when I told her what kind of hairstyle I wanted, because I wasn't exactly sure which length, but she made made it easier for me to explain what kind of hairstyle I wanted.
I was also a little nervous getting a haircut due to the pandemic, but the salon was great at making sure we all had masks on and there were screens everywhere to prevent the spread of the virus.
