I've been going to this place for a few years now and I would always recommend it. However this time I went, I think they entirely overbooked and my waiting time was two hours!!!
I had dinner reservations and I thought I would be done in two hours but they didn't even start. This was entirely unacceptable and it made me not want to go again tbh which is a shame because my haircut was wonderful as usual.

I had a really great experience at the salon and felt safe the whole time I was there with the covid changes they've made. There are screens up between each station and hand sanitiser at the front desk. My hair stylist was really sweet and asked questions throughout to check I was still happy with the length and style. I would really recommend going here and am in love with my hair
