The cut and blow dry of my hair was great, I loved the way Fatima blow dried my hair for me. However, the overall experience wasn’t that great. No one asked me how I wanted my hair cut before washing, and I was waiting a while after the wash for someone to cut my hair. When they did come I felt the cut was very rushed and the stylist wasn’t very gentle. I would come back as I do love the end result but it wasn’t an enjoyable salon experience.

Asked for highlights but it wasn’t blended at the root properly nor was it the same tones throughout my hair. For the price I paid this was a ridiculous outcome
