The cut was good but I had to wait over 5 min to be even noticed I was in the building. Then left 20 minutes to get my hair washed. Prior to washing the stylist never actually spoke to me so it was hard to describe what I wanted when she first saw me with wet hair in a towel.
Mixed feelings about it. Definitely wasn’t terrible and the cut was good but felt like because I wasn’t known (or because booked through treatwell) then the customer service wasn’t good
