Treated awfully! Paid for a wash and cut, didn't get the wash and was told I should have asked for it. I was asked by the stylist multiple times to have my hair cut short, I said no 5 times. I asked to have the top of my hair cut, he didn't do it. I have 3 panic attacks during it, awful atmosphere and they have refused a refund. I left the salon nearly in tears.

The salon doesn’t use hot wax. Using wax + strips is much more painful treatment. Salon needs to update their game.
