Alena gave me an amazing haircut- she was super friendly and funny and knew exactly what I wanted even when I couldn’t quite work it out myself. Her attention to detail is exceptional, will probably only let her cut my hair from now on!

The technician I usually see has left, but the girl who did my gel nails was friendly and did a good job. It must be hard to work with visors and gloves so I was quite impressed.
But the other staff were so off-putting it ruined it for me. They were playing music off YouTube into the salons speakers so loud that at times I couldn't hear myself think. Dancing around and by the time I left there were 6 of them gathered around at the till on their phones. Really unprofessional and disappointing.
