Such a long wait and stalling of 10 minutes plus between each part; arriving, washing, hair mask, being seated and then the actual cut and styling. Also I wasn’t with the stylist I’d booked and wasn’t informed of this. I spent 45 minutes sat at the hair washing station with damp hair waiting. The cut itself, although did the job, wasn’t worth the money.

Amazing service, quality of hair cut was the best I've had since relocating to Manchester! Elizabeth listens to what you want but also adds her professional touch! Everyone was very friendly in the salon too.
