Although I am quite happy with my hair, I was waiting for 50 mins at reception, as my stylist was running late. There was a lot of waiting around in the chair whilst she did treatment on other customers. I was pushed to the back of the queue numerous times and then I feel like they really rushed when doing my hair. Not sure why they were prioritised over me, I did have an appointment. I felt quite disappointed, as it was not cheap, but Jess was friendly and I do like my hair

The salon was ok, the therapist who did my face and eyebrows did it very quick and somewhat rushed, so it was really painful. However, the result came out pretty good so I guess I'm ok with that. The therapist who did my arms was really nice and did a good job. The salon was easy to book with lots of last minute slots, reasonably priced and centrally located so it's convenient. The only thing was that it did not seem very clean to me.

Could not recommend Leyla enough. Been coming here for about 4 months now. Super professional and friendly. So efficient and the treatment is fast, precise and almost pain free. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in manchester!
