Overall nice salon and staff but bad cut. The lady who cut my hair was lovely however completely botched my hair. I asked for slight layering to thin the ends and I got an uneven choppy short shelf of hair as 'layering'. It looked good in the salon when she curled (and hid) it but when I washed it a few days later and my hair went back straight I discovered it is unwearable and now I am going to get it fixed elsewhere. Such a shame because it was a nice experience in the salon.

Lovely place, everyone very warm, offered a drink, etc. Jess was understanding of what I wanted and made my hair look great post-lockdown. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars is when paying (I chose the student package of £29) but turned out I owed £39? I was confused and they explained I got a restyle rather than a blow dry which cost extra, but I assumed they were the same thing. Wish there was more clarity and was pointed out it would cost more during my session rather than after!
