I was happy with the haircut and Elizabeth was very attentive and friendly. I would come again. The only thing was I was a bit surprised at how busy and crowded it was. I have had a vaccine but if I hadn’t I would probably have felt uncomfortable. But overall I was very happy.

I've been going to this place for a few years now and I would always recommend it. However this time I went, I think they entirely overbooked and my waiting time was two hours!!!
I had dinner reservations and I thought I would be done in two hours but they didn't even start. This was entirely unacceptable and it made me not want to go again tbh which is a shame because my haircut was wonderful as usual.
