Terrible experience. Chair not cleaned down. Stylist didn’t review hair before washing. Stylist didn’t ask any questions or where parting usually was. Despite trying to tell him several times I gave a side parting, hair cut into central parting with deep fringe. Complained and was told his English is not very good and gave a £6 discount! Unbelievable! Totally ruined my hair and have had to pay again to have it rectified. Worst experience ever.
