Waxing was great, as usual. Haircut was just great, stylist was helpful. Wax was used on my eyebrows too many times, irritating my skin. I still have marks under my eyebrows 4days later.

1) The receptionist rang in the morning to request that I come in 15 minutes earlier, but then made me wait 15 minutes.
2) A different lady washed my hair to the one that cut and styled it.
3) I was not offered the quality street that the other ladies did.
4)I sensed that the staff thought they were better than the customers; it just isn't necessary.
5) The lady that washed my hair told me she would be back in 5 minutes; 15 minutes later, she returned after sweeping the floor.
