Gentle and attentive enough but therapist went over the same patch of skin a number of times, skin has been pulled and woke up the next morning with scratches all over my face. No pre-threading skin prep either.
Treatment was only £15 though so you get what you pay for.

So happy with my experience here! I was very stressed out and late but the staff were lovely regardless ,and i was super happy with my eyebrows, I got exactly what I asked for.
