The outcome of the wax itself was decent enough. That said, I rang up beforehand specifically asking if they used hot wax, was told yes. Got there, said clearly and strongly at the start I didn’t want to use strip wax. Half way through I’m told that the hot wax has ‘run out’ and the waxer has to use strip wax - obviously I have no choice but to say yes. I’ve had waxes at quite a few different places now and none of them have had to use strip - it’s not a prerequisite. Bit annoyed tbh

I arrived late to the appointment due to my train breaking down, but the staff accommodated me and rearranged my appointment. When I arrived in a fluster they offered me water and made sure I was okay. The actual blow dry was very relaxing and the staff are friendly and professional throughout. Thanks so much xx
